Shin Yi Lee is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of Organisation & People at Temasek since April 2022. Prior to this role, Shin Yi held the position of Senior General Manager for HR Operations & Workplace Services at Kuok (Singapore) Limited from June 2016 to March 2022, and worked as an HR Generalist at both Noble Group and Citi. At Swiss Re, Shin Yi was an HR Business Partner for Southeast Asia and India, focusing on talent management initiatives. Earlier experiences include various HR roles at Microsoft and a position as Regional Marketing Executive at Porsche Asia Pacific.
