Liz Sieling

Head of Customer Success at iink Payments

Liz Sieling has worked in the property loss adjustment sector of the insurance industry since 2000. Liz began their career as a Team Lead for the Customer Advantage Program at GAF Materials Corporation, where they evaluated and re-engineered the entirety of the department's existing systems and processes. Liz then progressed to the role of Supervisor of the Customer Advantage Program, where they improved IT support and increased reporting capabilities. In 2015, Sieling joined iRoofing as Marketing Director, where they were responsible for business analysis, project management, relationship management, and business development. In 2019, they began working at The American Policyholder Association as Operations Manager, and in the same year, they were hired by The Catalyst Group as Director of Operations. Currently, Sieling is the Head of Customer Success at iink Payments, where they lead the customer success team with a vision and strategy to provide customers with a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources.

Liz Sieling attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2014 to 2015 and studied Project Management at the Anisfield School of Business. Liz also attended Berkeley College-Woodland Park, where they studied Adminstration.
