Odhrán McDonnell has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries. Odhrán is currently working as a Customer Support Graduate at Fenergo, where they support clients and manages their tickets through Jira. Prior to this, they completed their Masters in Business Analytics at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, achieving a First Class Honours with a GPA of 3.83.

Outside of their academic pursuits, Odhrán has also worked as a Chess Instructor at the Grandmaster School of Chess, where they coached children and organized tournaments. Odhrán has also served as a Teaching Assistant at UCD Lochlann Quinn School of Business, where they tutored undergraduate students on Digital Technologies in Business.

In addition, Odhrán has experience working as a Sales Assistant at Centra, where they interacted with customers and replenished stock. Odhrán also worked as a Retail Cashier at Compass Group, providing excellent customer service during matchdays at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin. Furthermore, they have served as a Sports Journalist for The University Observer.

Overall, Odhrán has developed strong skills in customer support, leadership, mentoring, teaching, communication, teamwork, and journalism through their various work experiences.

Odhrán McDonnell's education history includes completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce International degree in Global Business from University College Dublin from 2017 to 2021. In 2019-2020, they also had the opportunity to become an exchange bachelor student at BI Norwegian Business School, where they furthered their studies in Global Business.

In addition to their formal education, Odhrán has obtained various certifications. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn.

Furthermore, Odhrán has acquired additional certifications through Thomson Reuters, including "Code of Conduct for Financial Services," "GDPR," and "Information Security and Cyber Risk Awareness." Odhrán also completed the "Learning Jira (Cloud Edition)" certification on LinkedIn.

Odhrán has also participated in the Advanced Intercultural Development Programme offered by UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and earned the UCD Advantage Award from UCD Careers Network.
