Jan-Peter Kylli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and digital transformation within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Regional Representative for Central Europe & Scandinavia at IGR International Gay Rugby since November 2023, Jan-Peter promotes LGBT-inclusive rugby. With a background as an Agile Coach at SAP since June 2022 and previous roles at adidas, including Director of Digital E2E and Agile Coach, Jan-Peter has adeptly supported agile development processes. Prior experience includes managerial and consulting positions at Cognizant, Mystes Oy, St1 Finland Oy, and Shell, where key contributions were made in SAP systems implementation, business analysis, and process development. Jan-Peter began a career in administration with the City of Helsinki and holds a degree from Helsingin yliopisto.
