Angelica Cantlon is an accomplished C-suite executive and human capital consultant, currently serving as the Managing Director and President of Cantlon and Associates, LLC since January 2017. In addition, Angelica has held the position of President Emeritus on the Board of Directors for SHARE Cancer Support since May 2017. Previously, Angelica served as the EVP-Chief Global Human Resources Officer at International Flavors & Fragrances from 2009 to December 2016, and held various roles at MetLife, including SVP-International CAO and SVP Human Resources from 1999 to 2009. Other notable positions include Principle of Organizational Development at Morgan Stanley, Vice President of Human Resources at Orion Capital Co, and Director of Human Resources North America at Avon Products. Angelica's career began as Manager of HealthCare/Cost Management at Southern New England Telephone and included a directorship at the American Health Foundation. Angelica holds a Master’s degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from Marymount College, supplemented by additional education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
