In 2022, they began working as a Recruitment Consultant at Ignite Recruitment, a crowdsourced technology platform better serving the staffing market. They also began working as an Interviewing Coordinator at Progressive Turnout Project. In 2021, they started as a Talent Associate at Arena. In 2019, they became the Calltime Manager/Victory Fund Coordinator at Jaime Harrison for Senate, where they researched prospective donors, produced call sheets, and completed follow-up. From 2017 to 2016, Mickey worked at the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control as a Lead Admin and Administrative Specialist. In 2016, they became a Regional Organizer at the South Carolina Democratic Party. In 2015, they worked as a Deputy Campaign Manager at Fedalei for Congress, responsible for maintaining fundraising database, helping to develop initial campaign plan, and responsible for Human Resources and Payroll. That same year, they also worked as a Regional Field Director at Bernie 2016, where they implemented the state field plan, developed relationships with key political players in the region, and coordinated with allied coalitions and state field staff. In 2015, Mickey also worked as a Real Estate Agent at Exit Real Estate Solutions, helping clients find the right home for them and helping clients sell their home for the right price. Finally, in 2014, they worked as a Field Organizer at the Alaska Democratic Party.
Mickey Suber received a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Valparaiso University in 2014, after having studied abroad at Zhejiang University in 2012. In 2015, they obtained a Real Estate License from the State of South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulations.
