Oksana Melnyk is a Junior Recruiter and Researcher at Alcor since June 2023, specializing in candidate communication and active search techniques. Prior to this role, Oksana worked as an HTML Coder at Magnise from December 2022 to January 2023, focusing on bug fixing, site speed optimization, code refactoring, and adding new pages. Oksana's educational background includes training at Hillel IT School from March to June 2023, and Mate Academy from July to October 2022, along with a Master's degree in Bandura from Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, completed in June 2021.
