Jessica Burton is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Ignite Software Systems since February 2022, Jessica previously contributed to AND Digital as a Product Analyst and held the position of Lead Business Analyst at Ignite Insurance Systems from September 2017 to June 2021. Notable achievements include leading a modernization project that transitioned a customer-facing quote journey to a Vue single page application, enhancing the user experience and operational efficiency. Earlier roles at Depotnet Ltd and Posterscope provided foundational experience in delivering software solutions and project coordination in the telecommunications sector. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with honors in Economics from the University of Leicester.
