Silvia Lulka, MIR, PCC, is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent and organizational development. Currently serving as AVP Talent and OD at IGM Financial Inc., Silvia oversees a team responsible for key areas such as Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Learning and Development. Prior to this role, Silvia held senior positions at Rogers Communications, including Director of Change, Communications, and Performance Enablement, where responsibilities encompassed change management and performance analytics for 8,000 employees. Additional roles at Rogers involved establishing a coaching function and leading a national talent acquisition team. With a solid foundation in HR garnered from various organizations such as WilmerHale and CIBC, Silvia holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Queen's University, alongside professional coaching credentials from the International Coach Federation.
