Virginia Maina has a diverse work experience, starting from 2012 to the present year. Virginia worked as an Asistente de investigaci\u00f3n - \u00c1rea Agroindustria at IERAL from May 2012 to October 2014. From 2013 to 2014, they also served as an Adscripta at Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, teaching and assisting with courses in Macroeconomics and Microeconomics. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Jr. Transfer Pricing Consultant at KPMG. Then from 2016 to 2018, they worked as an OTC Derivatives Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Following that, they joined Balanz Capital in 2018 as an Analista de Back Office until February 2020. Lastly, they have been working at Inviu since 2020, starting as an Ops Specialist and later transitioning to the role of Front & Middle Office Manager in July 2021.

Virginia Maina completed their Licentiate degree in Economics at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba from 2009 to 2014. Virginia then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella from 2016 to 2017.
