Fabio Marraffa is an experienced Delivery Manager and Project Manager with a strong background in contact center solutions and system integration. Since August 2016, Fabio has been with IFM Infomaster, overseeing crisis and alarm management solutions. Prior to this role, Fabio served at Costa Crociere from March 2003 to July 2016 as the Project & Delivery Manager for global contact centers, managing operations in Europe, America, and China, as well as leading workforce management applications and analytics projects. Fabio holds an Engineering degree in Electronics with a focus on telecommunications from Università degli Studi di Genova, completed in 2001.
