Eric Weijers has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric is currently the CEO, Founder, and Transformation Manager at Blue Green Solutions, where they help companies build strong Mendix capabilities to support their ambitions. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Project Manager in the E-mobility business unit at Vattenfall, where they were responsible for designing and implementing new processes and digitalizing the customer journey. Eric also served as a Process Manager in the B2B organization at Nuon, where they focused on process analysis and improvements, specifically in the order-to-cash process. Additionally, Eric co-founded SET Solutions, where they initially focused on business model innovation and process optimization before shifting towards software development for the healthcare sector. Eric also worked as a Consultant at Lloyd's Register, carrying out assignments related to the operation and maintenance of public transport assets. Furthermore, Eric worked as a Lecturer at the HvA University of Applied Sciences and had a Graduate intern role at Endress+Hauser. Eric began their professional journey at Schuitema and the Royal Dutch Navy while also serving as a Student Consultant for Fix Media. Overall, Eric's work experience demonstrates their expertise in IT, process improvement, software development, and project management.

Eric Weijers attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering. In 2010-2011, they specialized in business development at the same institution. Additionally, in 2009-2010, Eric pursued a minor in Change Management at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Eric has also acquired certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from BadgeCert and Certified Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org, respectively.
