Daniel Yap's work experience includes a role as an IT Specialist / Mobile Application Developer at iFAST Corporation Ltd. starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they had an internship as an RPA Developer at Accenture from February to May 2018.

Daniel Yap received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Workshop (Deadline Management Techniques) from the Project Management Institute in October 2017, a ROAR Enrichment Program from SOLS 24/7 Malaysia in March 2017, a Cambridge English Entry Level Certificate in ESOL International (Entry 3) (Business Preliminary) from Cambridge Assessment English in September 2016, and attended the Hong Leong Foundation Leader Launch Scholars Camp in September 2015, organized by Hong Leong Group.
