Handling all client matters, Aravind is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards for customer service and defining user guidelines. He also determines operational strategies through performance reviews and other assessments. Aravind makes sure that his team has the required skills and guidance for responding to client-related issues effectively.
During his 8+ years of experience at IDS, Aravind has found that being with people who are passionate about what they do inspires him to do his best. He was awarded an Outstanding Achievement Award in 2016 for his invaluable contributions to the IDS team.
