Clinical Program Manager at IDoven

Raquel Toribio is a Clinical Program Manager at IDoven. Raquel previously worked as a Sara Borrell Postdoctoral Scientist at Quir贸nsalud from April 2021 to June 2022, where they were responsible for clinical research in the PESA-Brain project. Raquel began their career as a Postdoctoral Scientist at CNIC - Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research / Centro Nac. Investigaciones Cardiovasc. in May 2015, working on the PESA-Brain project with the aim of deciphering the link between subclinical atherosclerosis and preclinical Alzheimer's disease. Raquel remained in this position until April 2021.

Prior to their work at CNIC, Raquel was a predoctoral student in the Genetics Department at Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid from December 2014 to April 2015. Raquel then completed a Master's degree in Genetics at Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid from November 2013 to October 2014.

Raquel's first professional experience was as a trainee at Ginefiv, S.L., where they worked from July 2013 to September 2013.

Raquel Toribio has a research doctorate in biology from Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid, a master's degree in genetics and cell biology from Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid, and a bachelor's degree in biology with a concentration in genetics and cell biology from Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid. Raquel also has certification from John Hopkins University in design & interpretation of clinical trials, from The Global Health Network in ICH E6 (R2) Good Clinical Practice, from The Global Health Network in introduction to clinical research, and from Charles River Laboratories in coursework for the animal experimentation technician function (category B).
