Jay Neenan has extensive work experience in the field of Identity and Access Management. Jay began their career at Management Ventures, Inc. as a Webmaster from December 2000 to February 2005. Jay then worked as a Web Developer at Convention Data Services from February 2005 to July 2006. Jay joined Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in July 2006 as a Web Developer/Analyst until May 2008. Jay then worked at Courion Corporation as a Senior Professional Services Engineer from May 2008 to February 2015. Currently, they are employed at IDMWORKS as a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer since March 2015.

Jay Neenan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Salem State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. In 2000, they also obtained a Certification in Web Design & Development from Boston University.
