Shashank Saxena is a seasoned professional with a robust background in data science, software development, and quantitative finance. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at IDFC FIRST Bank since September 2024, Shashank previously worked at StatusNeo, where development of an end-to-end Legal Documents processing platform and an Intelligent audit platform was a significant focus. Prior to that, Shashank held roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Application Developer, where efforts included creating a multi-class classification model, and at Talentica Software as a Software Engineer, specializing in backend development for the Bemobi app store. Earlier experiences include software development roles at Reflexis Systems and WorldQuant, as well as internships at Vitor Health and munshiG Pvt Ltd, contributing to various tech initiatives. Shashank holds both a Master's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus.
