Nabila Nur Afrida is a UX Researcher at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. since August 2023, previously serving as a Product Researcher at Stockbit from November 2021 to March 2023. At Stockbit, Nabila led customer satisfaction surveys and collaborated with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers to enhance user experiences through various testing methods. Nabila also held the position of Product Researcher Intern and Assistant Researcher at Indikator Politik Indonesia, focusing on data collection and analysis. Earlier, Nabila completed a student internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, assisting in training projects for future diplomats. Nabila holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta.
