Tom Pettit has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and industries. Tom started their career as a Technology Consultant at the Center for Nonprofit Management in 1994. Tom then worked as the Director of Training at Empower Trainers and Consultants from 1997 to 1999. Tom then joined Link2Gov as the VP of Technology, where they worked from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they became a Consultant in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse at O'Charleys. Continuing their career in technology and business intelligence, Tom worked at Strategic Business Technology as the Owner in 2005. Tom then joined PassAlong Networks as a Product Manager for the Core Platform from 2006 to 2007. During the same time, they also worked at Tennessee Pacific Group as an Architect for the Core Platform and Analytics. In 2009, Tom became a Web Application Architect at Healthways, where they worked until 2012. Lastly, they joined IDEMIA in 2013 as a Principal Software Engineer, specializing in Business Intelligence. Overall, Tom Pettit has gained a wide range of expertise and experience in technology, leadership, and business intelligence throughout their career.
Tom Pettit attended Trevecca Nazarene University from 1987 to 1988, where they earned a BA degree in Management of Human Resources. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1981, they attended Tennessee Technological University, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
