Philip Leopold is the New Business Director at Ideas United. Philip has over 20 years of experience in the sports industry, holding various positions in sales, marketing, and management.
Leopold began their career in 1994 as a Vice President at Katz Media Group. Philip then moved to Big League Broadcasting in 1998, where they served as General Sales Manager. In 2000, they co-founded Strategic Sports Group, a sports marketing agency specializing in property consulting and partnership sales representation. Some of their clients included the New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers, NASCAR on Fox, NFL Players Inc., and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Leopold left Strategic Sports Group in 2004 to pursue a career in coaching. Philip spent the next 13 years coaching soccer at the Atlanta Int'l School, the Atlanta Silverbacks, and the Atlanta Spurs FC. In 2017, they joined Sport at the Service of Humanity, a non-profit organization that uses sport to promote social change. Philip currently serves as their New Business Director.
Philip Leopold completed their Bachelor of Arts at Boston University in the field of Mass Communications, Advertising.
