Elias Ong'ara is an experienced professional with a strong background in production and operations management. Currently serving as Production Manager at Metropol Corporation Limited since March 2018, Elias has previously held multiple roles at Quest Holdings Ltd., including Rigor, Controls and Training Manager, Country Operations Manager for Uganda, and Account Collections Manager. Elias holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (2018-2020), a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development from Uganda Management Institute (2014-2015), and has educational qualifications from Kenyatta University and the University of Nairobi.
