Tamara Ú.'s work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as a Business Assistant for KOTRA. From 2007 to 2012, they then worked as a Department Manager for H&M. In 2013, Tamara worked as a Sales Executive Specialist for Dunross Recruitment and as an Editor for Dailystyle.cz. Tamara also briefly served as a Store Manager for SEPHORA. In 2014, Tamara worked as a Marketing and Business Development Intern for Ecocreative before joining PVH Europe B.V. as a Central Supply Chain Department Assistant. Tamara later became a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the same company. Tamara then joined NA-KD.com in 2017, where they worked as a Quality & Compliance Coordinator and later as a Quality and CSR Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Supplier Compliance, CSR & Quality Control Manager for NA-KD.com. Most recently, Tamara joined IDEAL OF SWEDEN in 2020, where they had the roles of Production & Quality Manager and Production, Quality & Product Sustainability Manager.

Tamara Ú. holds a Master's Degree in Fashion Marketing and Management from the University of Borås, Faculty of Textiles, Engineering and Business. Tamara obtained this degree between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Prague University of Economics and Business from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification in Management of Fashion and Luxury companies from Università Bocconi in October 2015.
