Scott Mayer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support, research, and education. Currently serving as the North America Customer Support Regional Manager at IDBS since December 2010, Scott is entrusted with leading the regional customer support team and enhancing customer value from IDBS's software solutions. Scott has held various roles at IDBS, including GPS Resource Manager and Lead Consultant, contributing significantly to the growth of the chemistry segment.
