Courtney Rosenkoetter is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator and IT Service Desk Manager at Idaho Power Company since January 2005, Rosenkoetter has also held positions as a System Administrator and SharePoint Administrator for Intermountain Technology Group. Prior experience includes ownership of Info Solutions of Idaho from 1993 to 2009 and roles as a Workflow Solution Analyst for Hewlett Packard through Adecco Technical, as well as technical positions at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Throughout the career, key responsibilities include network engineering, system administration, and technical consulting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Boise State University.
