Arturo B. Diago was recently elected as Director of the Company during the BOD Meeting held in Davao City last August 24, 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce in De La Salle College and an MBA from Asian Institute of Management. He is a Fellow at Institute of Corporate Directors having attended the Professional Directors Program. Mr. Diago was the Executive Vice President of Northern Mindanao Transport Corporation and Corporate Planning Head of Made Development Inc and Iligan Cement Inc. until 1990.
At present, he is the Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors of Directories Philippines Corporation and Cyan Management Corporation, positions he held since 1991. He is also a board member of MG Exeo Network, Inc, Telephilippines Inc, Mantrade Development Corporation, Vinnell Belvoir Corporation and Golden Bear Travel Corporation. He also serves as a Trustee of Cinemalaya Foundation, Senior VP of Asian Institute for Distance Education Foundation Inc and Independent Director of AsiaPhil Group of Companies, Cebuana Lhuillier Bank and Paz Memorial Services Inc.
