Chandresh Charkel, CFE, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Background Verification Services at IDA Automation since August 2023. Previously, Chandresh held various roles at Amazon from July 2020 to December 2022, including Program Manager and Manager of Human Resources at CRITERION SCREENERS from November 2017 to June 2020. As Co-Founder and VP of Operations, Chandresh was instrumental in developing business strategies and driving revenue growth. With over a decade of experience in operations and management roles at several organizations, including Footprints Collateral Services Pvt. Ltd. and ICICI Lombard, Chandresh has demonstrated strong skills in business development, performance improvement, and client satisfaction. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations from United Business Institutes in Belgium, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a B.Com in Accounting & Finance from the University of Mumbai.
