Carlos MartÃn has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as Head of Marketing for Spain and Mexico at ID Finance since February 2016. In this role, Carlos defines and implements the marketing strategy for the Spanish market, focusing on cost optimization and achieving sales goals, along with leading a team and managing annual budgets. Carlos is recognized for successfully driving the company to break even in the Spanish market in 2018 while significantly increasing sales and reducing marketing costs. Previously, Carlos was a Marketing Specialist at ID Finance and is also a co-founder of the economics blog ElEconomist.com, which received a nomination for Best Economics Blog at the Premios Bitácoras 2016. Carlos's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing Management from EAE Business School and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Salamanca.
