Pablo Pardo is an experienced Operations and Systems Developer at iCRYO since December 2021, specializing in supporting personnel and clients in the effective use of system tools, particularly software deployed by Zenoti. Previously, Pablo served as a Corporate Trainer, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs for franchisees, creating instructional materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. Prior to iCRYO, Pablo held positions as Operations Coordinator for COVID-19 Response at Harris County Public Health, Assistant Psychologist at Awakened Life, Maintenance Specialist at T&M Industrial Services LLC, and Food Safety Consultant at Food Safety International. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and also studied Wildlife & Fisheries at Texas A&M University.
