Crystal Smith has extensive experience in robotics and motion control, currently serving as a Senior Robotics/Motion Control Technician at ICR Services since July 1997, with certifications in Kawasaki Robotics, Nachi Robotics, and Panasonic Drives. Previously, Crystal worked as a Lead Electronic Technician at Motorola Solutions from 1989 to 1993, where responsibilities included team leadership and training for barcode laser scanners. Crystal's educational background includes a degree in Electronic Technology (CET) from the National Institute of Technology in Livonia, Michigan, along with studies at Schoolcraft College and Monroe County Community College.
