Cheram Briggs is an experienced client manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in wellness and retail management. Currently serving as Client Manager at Resplendent Day Spa since September 2022, Cheram recognized the need for better organization within the spa and offered services to enhance client experience. As the owner of Temple 1209, a mobile massage company established in December 2020, Cheram provides therapeutic relief for individuals with chronic emotional and physical pain, leveraging technology to manage a substantial client base. Cheram also holds a position as an instructor at Iconix Fitness since August 2020, specializing in group sound meditation after self-training in sound healing. Previously, Cheram gained valuable sales experience as a Sales Manager at HUGO BOSS in Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills from August 2018 to October 2019, notable for being the youngest and only woman of color in that role. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management from The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles, along with specialized training from the National Holistic Institute.
