Ian Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ian began their career as a Director at Meridian plc in 1987, and later worked as a Business Development Manager at ECsoft from 1992 to 1998. After that, they served as a Business Development Manager at Thesaurus Ltd from 1999 to 2001, and then at ITM Group from 2001 to 2003. Ian also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Seismic Ltd from 2003 to 2008. From 2003 to 2011, they held multiple roles at Arillion Ltd, including Business Development Director and Director.

In 2011, Ian joined Icon UK Limited as a Business Development Consultant. Ian has been working at Life since 2019, where they hold the role of Survivor.

Ian Richards attended the University of Leeds from 1967 to 1970, where they earned a BSc degree in Mathematics.
