Karan Shah began their career in 2007 as a Sales Manager for ICICI Bank, where they were responsible for selling Insurance Products and generating leads. In 2011, they became a Marketing Manager for Parle Agro Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for channel sales, corporate sales and key accounts management. In 2013, they joined NiiD Technologies as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for finding and identifying sales strategies, attending conferences, making presentations, writing whitepapers and proposals, managing accountants, and identifying opportunities with existing customers. Karan also kept up with market information to help improve sales strategies.

Karan Shah attended the University of Mumbai from 1995 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
