Ashima Dhull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruitment Lead and Zonal Head at ICICI Direct, Ashima has held multiple leadership roles including Chief Manager - HR. Previous positions include Group A Officer at Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India Limited (TRIFED), and Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition at Whirlpool of India Ltd. Additionally, Ashima began a professional career as a Management Trainee in the Young Leaders Program at Whirlpool and completed a summer internship at Philips Lighting India. Ashima holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from The NorthCap University.
