Betsy Roe currently serves as Director of HR Business Execution and Head of Strategy & Programs for NA Talent Acquisition at Citi since March 2023. Prior to this role, Betsy held various positions at Morgan Stanley from March 2010 to March 2023, including Executive Director of HR Operations and Vice President of HR Operations, focusing on North America Operations and campus recruiting. Betsy's career began at the Corporate Executive Board, where a role as Recruiting Associate was held from August 2006 to July 2009. Betsy earned a degree from Marist College between 2001 and 2005.
