Thomas Prieux possesses extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as the Director of Space Missions at ICEYE since September 2016, where oversight of a large fleet of SAR satellites and innovative monitoring solutions is prioritized. Previously held roles at ICEYE include Mission Manager, AIT Team Lead, and Mechanical Engineer, contributing to the company's groundbreaking advancements in cost-effective SAR technologies and satellite production. Thomas also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, focusing on Galactic Center Simulation, and worked as a Research & Development Engineer for Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V. in fluid mechanics. Thomas's educational background includes Master's Degrees in Astrophysics and Space Technology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and Luleå University of Technology, respectively, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from TEI of Western Macedonia.
