Pitgu Lee began working in 1995 as a Sales Support for Omni Fibers Paper Company, where they were responsible for corresponding with international customers, handling purchase orders, container transactions, letter of credits, and direct purchases. In 1997, they moved on to Sabin Robbins Paper as a Customer Service Manager. In 2007, Pitgu Lee became a Logistics Manager for ONE Drinks. Pitgu then worked as a Procurement & Customer Service Manager for AQUAhydrate, Inc from 2013-2014 before becoming a Logistics and Planning Manager for Icelandic Glacial in 2014.

Pitgu Lee attended Trade Technical from 1993 to 1996, studying fashion designing. Pitgu then pursued a Business Program at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
