Cathy Hayes is a seasoned professional in customer experience and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience & Transformation at ICE since January 2014. Throughout their tenure at ICE, Cathy has held several leadership roles including Head of Change Management & Transformation, Head of Business Change & Transformation, Head of Technical Customer Solutions, and Senior IT & Business Change Project Manager, specializing in Prince2 and Agile project management methodologies. Prior to joining ICE, Cathy worked at PRS for Music from January 1991 to January 2014 as an IT Project Manager (Consultant) and Analyst/Programmer, bringing a wealth of experience in IT project management and technical solutions.
