Ndzavi Derrick, CBA, is an accomplished professional serving as the Managing Director and Non-Executive Board Member at the Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa (IBASA) since February 2017, alongside roles such as Vice Chairman of the Marketing Committee and Interim Managing Director. Currently, Ndzavi is a Member of the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club, and participates as a Business Services Chamber Committee Member at Services SETA, a Business Mentor at multiple organizations including MicroMentor, The Mentorship Boardroom, Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, All4Youth Sub-Saharan Africa, and VC4A. Ndzavi also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Mentors Without Borders, which provides free mentorship and advisory services.
