Raylein Jones is an accomplished Project Manager at IBT Industrial Solutions, having started in March 2022, with previous experience as a Freelance Instructional Designer and a HR Talent & Technology Consultant at the same company. With expertise in HRIS implementations and Learning Management Systems, particularly as the system administrator for the Docebo LMS platform, Raylein has a strong background in human resources and instructional design. Prior roles include Human Resources Analyst and Career & Development Coach at Grantham University, as well as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist at Burrell Center Inc.
