Paolo Russo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of Technical Services & Industrial Asset Development at IBSA Group since July 1997. In this role, Paolo focuses on managing infrastructural projects, defining maintenance guidelines, overseeing calibration and qualification management, and developing technical services budgets. Prior to this, Paolo worked at Foster Wheeler from 1991 to 1997 as an Electrical Project Leader and Electrical Engineer, where responsibilities included coordinating engineering teams, project status reporting, and conducting technical studies. Paolo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master in Project, Program and Portfolio Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland.
