Francis Letarte-Lavoie, P.Eng. is an accomplished operations manager currently overseeing a team of over 500 employees and contractors at IAMGOLD Corporation’s Cote Gold Mine since February 2020. Additionally, Francis held positions at GlencoreXstrata Plc, contributing to performance improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Université Laval and a Certificate in Mining Studies from The University of British Columbia.
