Sarah Hewitt serves as the Director of People & Culture at International Airlines Group (IAG) since August 2022, where responsibilities include defining and executing the People and Culture Strategy while leading a global team focused on various HR functions. Prior to this role, Sarah spent nearly a decade at Bupa, advancing from People Director for Sales & Marketing UK to overseeing the digital transformation of HR processes as People Director for Functions & People Transformation UK. Sarah's earlier experience includes senior HR positions at Fusion Retail Brands, ANZ, and Cadbury UK, where strategic HR initiatives and change management were key responsibilities. Educational background includes a Master of Business in HR Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Psychology from the University of Sydney.
