Carlos Benjamin Ramos Garcia is a seasoned professional in the field of business analysis and project management, currently serving as a Business Analyst at IA interactive since September 2022. At IA interactive, Carlos manages epics and user stories within a SCRUM framework, facilitates communication between development teams and project stakeholders, and contributes to UI wireframes and user manuals. Previously, as a Project Manager at Garage Coders from November 2018 to May 2021, Carlos led project teams, generated and managed PM dashboards in Jira, conducted daily SCRUM meetings, and presented project updates. Carlos holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and completed a UX course at Wizeline Academy focused on Qualitative Research.
