Peter Callens is an experienced operationeel manager at i-mens since June 2022, leading dynamic teams in both mobile and residential services within the child care sector. In addition to this role, Callens has worked at VZW Touché since October 2016, focusing on therapeutic guidance and awareness regarding anger management. Previous positions include team and network coaching at RTJ De Tafels, mobile youth support at RCGG Gent Deinze, and as lector and practical coordinator for Orthopedagogie at CVO VSPW. Callens has also served as a team leader at VZW Hadron and held various coaching roles.
