Mitch Possinger is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in hospitality and management. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Culinesse, LLC since January 2021, Mitch has provided support and management services to premier life plan communities. Additionally, Mitch serves as a Board Member for Culinesse, LLC and Settlers Hospitality Group, LLC, and co-owns several boutique hospitality venues under Settlers Hospitality, established in July 2018. Prior to these roles, Mitch founded and led Cura Hospitality as President from December 1995 to December 2020, and has been involved with various organizations as a board member. Mitch's academic credentials include an MBA from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Muhlenberg College.
