Jon Miron is an experienced professional with a diverse background in user experience, product design, and operations management. Currently, Jon serves as the Director of Support and Operations at Yellowdig, having previously held roles including Support and Operations Manager and Client Success Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a UX Engineer at XENDEE, where Jon designed a renewable energy application that attracted major clients like Shell and Johnson Controls. Jon also consulted on product strategy and design through Miron UX Consulting, and instructed design technology courses at High Tech Markerspace. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University, Jon has a strong foundation in both technical and creative aspects of product development and user experience.
