Karla Osorio serves as the Manager of Genesis Customer Care Operations at Hyundai Motor America since July 2022. Previously, Karla held multiple positions at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. from July 2010 to July 2022, including Senior Paralegal in Consumer Litigation, Mediation Liaison Specialist for a newly created project, and Automobile Customer Service Supervisor, among others. Throughout these roles, Karla focused on prelitigation, arbitration, and case resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior experience includes contract work as a Customer Service Specialist/Case Manager and serving as a Call Center Supervisor at Maritz. Karla earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Capella University and an Associate's degree in the same field from Long Beach City College.
