Olga Zarubina is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial and program management, particularly within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial & Program Management for the VW Customer Group at Adient since November 2016, Olga has held multiple leadership roles including Executive Director positions and Lead of the EMEA DE&I Council. Prior to Adient, Olga worked at Johnson Controls from April 2011 to October 2016, where roles included General Manager and Business Development Director for Russia. Previous experience includes sales management positions at AGC, Teleca, and Transfer Multisort Elektronik. Olga holds a degree from the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod, which was completed between 1996 and 2001.
