Dany Von has extensive work experience in the field of production and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Production and Operational Excellence at Hypertec Group since May 2021, Dany is responsible for managing and optimizing production operations.

Prior to this role, Dany held the position of Manager Industrial Engineering at CIARA Technologies from March 2016 to May 2021. In this role, Dany was in charge of overseeing industrial engineering activities to improve efficiency and productivity.

Before joining CIARA Technologies, Dany worked at IEC Holden, where Dany held multiple roles. From June 2015 to March 2016, Dany served as a Project Manager in Advanced Engineering, leading various projects. From September 2008 to May 2015, Dany worked as an Industrial Engineer, implementing process improvements and optimizing production.
