Suhas Thakral has held a variety of roles in the business intelligence field since 2013. Starting as a Project Coordinator for AIESEC in Mauritius in 2013, Suhas then worked as an Analyst for Aon Hewitt in 2014. Suhas then held an internship as a Business Development/Sales Operations Intern for eHealth MediDate GmbH in 2016, and also worked as a Student Consultant for the Small Business Development Center at the University of South Carolina. In 2017, Suhas worked as a Master Thesis Student for meta Trennwandanlagen GmbH & Co. KG, and also held an internship as a Business Intelligence/Sales Operations intern for Move24 Group GmbH and a role as a Business Intelligence Analyst for Medigo GmbH. In 2018, Suhas worked as a CRM Manager for Smunch.co. Finally, in 2019, Suhas held two roles at Atheneum: Business Intelligence Manager (Team Lead) and Business Intelligence Controller. Most recently, Suhas has been working as the Head of Business Intelligence for HYGH AG since 2022.

Suhas Thakral has a diverse educational background. Suhas has a Master in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Darla Moore School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Delhi University Hansraj College, a BA in Economics from HANSRAJ COLLEGE, and a PCM with Economics in Science from DON BOSCO SCHOOL. Suhas completed all of these educational experiences between 1999 and 2017.
